A special paper is used for labels and they are oven dried before pressing to get out moisture. Therefore there are not much options to handle label print but design itself is just limited with Your imagination.

INNER SLEEVES

Inner sleeves are to protect records from scratching and so they would stay in good condition while transporting or in storage. The best protection is given by polylined inner sleeves – but there are several other options available.
 
If you can’t find the right one among the options offered, feel free to contact us and we will definitely find a solution.

OUTER SLEEVES

There is no limit of what type of covers we can do – from basic spined outer sleeves, gatefolds, trifolds, slipcases etc to casewrapped boxes with hot stamping and antiscratch lamination.

This is the most common vinyl record package. Graphics on the front and back plus a side spines. This option easily fits an additional insert or booklet. For double or triple LP it’s possible to make wider spines.

  • Formats: 12” and 7”
  • Spine: standard 3,5mm or 6mm spine.
  • Print: on coated or uncoated side to get rough surface.
  • Printing Ink Colors: Standard CMYK – PMS colors are possible.
  • Finish: standard is matt offset laquer. Available are also glossy offset laquer, matt / glossy lamination, UV spot laquer, hot stamping, die-cuts, embossing and debossing.

Inner Sleeves

WHITE or BLACK. Paper is lined with a thin layer of HDPE and then folded and glued into a sleeve. Plastic covers also the center hole.

Japansleeve

Antistatic record inner sleeves made from HDPE. Possible to add into printed carton inner sleeves or to use just in standard covers.

Black Standard Discobag

Standard black discobag with center holes - the simpliest way to pack Your records.

Printed Discobag

As standard it's CMYK printed on 205g carton - coated or uncoated side print + protective matt or glossy offset laquer. One or two whole versions both available.

Printed Carton Inner Sleeve

As standard it's CMYK printed on 205g carton - coated or uncoated side print + protective matt or glossy offset laquer.

Printed Paper Inner Sleeve

Printed not polylined inner sleeves with Your design. Two holes version.
